Jamie O’Hara is extremely surprised that Daniel Levy has still not sacked Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham, with the pundit giving a brutal assessment of the Australian’s credentials as a coach.
With every passing game, there seems to be a growing sense among the media and sections of the Tottenham Hotspur fan base that Postecoglou is out of his depth.
Not only are the results in the Premier League not improving despite the return of injured players, but the 59-year-old also seems to be struggling to cope with the pressure that comes with managing at the highest level.

Postecoglou acknowledged that he might be alienating Tottenham fans with his behaviour after he got pilloried for his controversial gesture towards the supporters on Thursday.

Jamie O’Hara says he would do a better job than Ange Postecoglou
O’Hara has now suggested that Ange Postecoglou is a very lucky man to still be in charge of Tottenham, insisting that any other manager would have received his marching orders by now.
The pundit suggested that even he would be able to get more of a tune out of the current Spurs squad than the 59-year-old has managed to this season.
The former Spurs midfielder said on talkSPORT’s The Sports Bar: “Any other manager at Tottenham Hotspur would’ve been sacked, he would’ve been gone. We’ve lost 16 games.
“Every team around us has sacked their manager. Every single team has sacked their manager around us. Every one of them. We’re still there with Ange. Mate, honestly, I could take over and do a better job, seriously. Genuinely. Seriously!”
The only reason Tottenham have not sacked Postecoglou
Daniel Levy and the Tottenham top brass clearly feel that sacking Ange Postecoglou will not go down well in the dressing room and will diminish the club’s chances of winning the Europa League.
Tottenham have thus seemingly made the decision to stick with the Australian until the end of the season and to allow him a chance to have a crack at the trophy.
However, some sources have claimed that Postecoglou is likely to be sacked no matter what happens in the Europa League, and one suspects that the decision to part ways with the 59-year-old in the summer has already been made.
