One former Tottenham record signing is now attracting interest from Nottingham Forest as Spurs continue their search for forward reinforcements.

Tottenham’s Dominic Solanke attracting Nottingham Forest interest
The transfer market remains very busy, and Spurs have been among the busier sides in terms of sales and purchases.
Six incomings and seven outgoings, including the loan of Mason Melia, make up the transfer business completed by the Lilywhites.
However, more sales are expected to follow as the club’s summer overhaul continues. According to journalist Gianluigi Longari, one of Tottenham’s previous record signings is now understood to be on the radar of Nottingham Forest.
The player in question is Dominic Solanke, who joined Spurs in 2024 as the club’s answer to Harry Kane‘s departure.
Forest are believed to be keeping a close eye on Solanke, with the journalist stating that the forward is leaving Tottenham.
His post reads: “Eye-catching 🚨 Nottingham Forest #NFFC are keeping a close eye on the profile of Dominic Solanke, a striker leaving Tottenham.”
Solanke exit could leave Spurs short in attack
It remains to be seen whether Spurs will sanction the sale of Solanke during this summer transfer window. There is no denying the forward has struggled to make a notable impact in north London since his £64 million move from Bournemouth.
Since his move to Tottenham, Solanke‘s fitness has let him down, with the striker yet to enjoy a major injury-free season in N17.
Additionally, Spurs’ depth remains thin up front, with Richarlison the only other recognised backup option to Solanke. A sale without any new addition will leave Tottenham very short in attack.
