We’ve attempted to predict Tottenham’s next five Premier League matches, including key fixtures against Manchester United and Chelsea.
Tottenham Hotspur have to start picking up points in the Premier League after managing a rather slow start to the 26-27 season.
As it stands, after three games, Spurs have picked up only one point, which came in their 0-0 draw with Nottingham Forest last time out in the Premier League.
The task at hand for Roberto De Zerbi is to get wins on the board and close the gap between Tottenham and the top five, with four points currently the difference between Spurs and fifth-place Brentford.
The next five games are crucial for the Lilywhites, who have several big fixtures coming up, including against Manchester United and Chelsea.
Ahead of the start of matchweek four, Spurs Web has attempted to predict the next five games for Tottenham.

Tottenham versus Everton
This is certainly a tough one to call, but it is crucial for Spurs, who need to improve on their draw against Nottingham Forest.
Everton have already shown this season that they are no pushovers, as they remain unbeaten. Last time out, David Moyes’ men showed their fighting spirit, coming from a goal down late on in their game against United thanks to a late wonder strike from Maitland‑Niles.
Such fighting spirit is sure to be on display once more this weekend, and Tottenham must be ready to dig in. Regardless, we expect Spurs to secure their first win of the season here.
- Score prediction: Tottenham 3-1 Everton

Tottenham versus Aston Villa
Villa find themselves in similar form to Tottenham, with Unai Emery’s side yet to taste a victory in the Premier League at the time of writing.
In fact, both sides have a -5 goal difference, with Villa only a spot above Spurs in 17th. Last season, Spurs managed a win against the Villans during the run-in, and they could well repeat the same trick when the two sides meet later this month.
Given the form of both teams, it is certainly an open game, but we will again back Spurs to come away with a narrow win.
- Score prediction: Spurs 1-0 Aston Villa
Manchester United versus Spurs
Following the Villa game, the first international break takes centre stage. After the break, Tottenham are set to come up against their first big-six opponent of the season with a clash against United at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have managed a victory already this season after beating Ipswich Town 5-2 in matchday two. But they are not formidable, having lost to Hull in the opening gameweek before drawing with Everton in matchweek three.
The Lilywhites do have a strong record against United, having lost just once in their last five Premier League meetings, making it very possible for them to pick up points.
- Score prediction: Manchester United 2-2 Spurs
Tottenham versus Coventry
Spurs then take on Coventry at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following their clash against United. The game is set to mark their first meeting against a newly promoted side this season.
It should be a win for Tottenham when the two sides meet, although Coventry showed some fighting spirit the last time they faced City at the Etihad.
- Score prediction: Spurs 3-0 Coventry
Chelsea versus Spurs
Tottenham’s last game in this series comes against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The Lilywhites’ record against the Blues is nothing to write home about.
Of the 68 meetings between the two sides, Spurs have won just eight encounters, and in the last five meetings, Tottenham are without a single win.
It is very unlikely for Spurs to walk away with a victory when the two meet at Stamford Bridge.
- Score prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham
