Rate the Players: West Ham United 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur’s fine start to the new Premier League campaign has moved them to third, level with Chelsea in the Premier League table following a 1-0 win at West Ham United.

Hugo Lloris was immense in between the posts while Erik Lamela was lively and the catalyst on the playing side of things.

While it was Lamela who got on the scoresheet with a deft header just before half time, it was Lloris who should receive most of the plaudits. He made three fantastic, world class saves and they owe this win to him today.

The win for means Mauricio Pochettino’s side have now enjoyed consecutive away Premier League victories against West Ham for the first time since August 2009.
