According to multiple sources, Davinson Sanchez was at the centre of a punch up in the Colombian changing room following the 6-1 thrashing at the hands of Ecuador this week.
Sanchez has experienced a tough few weeks at Tottenham leading up to the international break after he fell down Jose Mourinho’s pecking order following the late collapse against West Ham United last month.
After Colombia were humiliated 6-1 on Tuesday, some Spurs fans expressed their concern for Sanchez and were left worried that his confidence could be shot.
Colombian journalist Carl Worswick reported that sources have revealed there was a punch-up in changing room after the game, with one player even grabbing another by the throat.

According to La Luciernaga (as relayed by The Daily Mail), Sanchez, Everton’s James Rodriguez and Bournemouth’s Jefferson Lerma were at the centre of the altercation.
The report claims that some players were not overly happy with boss Carlos Queiroz pandering to the needs of Rodriguez, while the Everton man himself is said to be annoyed at his manager after being stripped of the captaincy to goalkeeper David Ospina.
