A Supercomputer has revealed which Tottenham player currently at the World Cup is most likely to return to North London as a world champion.
10 Tottenham stars saw their nations progress to the knockout stages of the World Cup, but that list has now dwindled significantly as the quarterfinals take shape.
Djed Spence’s England and Pedro Porro’s Spain have already made it into the final eight after overcoming Mexico and Portugal respectively in the round of 16.
Spurs’ Argentine pair, Cristian Romero and Marcos Senesi, can join them in the quarterfinals if the reigning champions can beat Egypt at the Atlanta Stadium this evening.

Which Tottenham player is most likely to win the World Cup?
Opta’s Supercomputer considers France the favourites to lift the trophy, giving Les Blues a 27.91 per cent chance of winning the World Cup.
Among the Spurs contingent, Pedro Porro is deemed the most likely to win the World Cup, with the data analysis considering Spain the second favourites, giving them a 22.73 per cent chance of being crowned champions.
Spence and England are the third favourites, with Opta giving them a 17.23 per cent chance of going all the way.
The website gives Argentina just a 11.73 per cent chance of successfully defending the title they won in Qatar four years ago, but one would expect that to change if and when they overcome Egypt and book their place in the final eight.
Could we see another all-Spurs World Cup final clash?
Tottenham fans will remember that four years ago in Qatar, two Spurs players, Romero and Hugo Lloris, lined up on opposite sides as France and Argentina played out a classic final.
There was certainly no love lost between the pair during the game, with Romero elbowing his Spurs teammate in the ribs while contesting for the ball.
We could see two Tottenham players contest the final again if Spain make it, as they could face one of England or Argentina, who are on the other side of the draw.
