Tottenham’s former managing director of football Fabio Paratici deserves huge credit for the signing of Udogie, who has been a revelation in Postecoglou’s side as an inverted full-back and appears to relish the opportunity to push inside and become part of the attacking element of play.
Having only turned 21 last month, the sky is the limit for Udogie if he can continue to work hard and only needs to iron out his tendency to make a rash challenge which has seen him collect four bookings already in the Premier League this season.
