Spurs and Everton have agreed a double-deal for Richarlison and Iliman Ndiaye to move in opposite directions, but the transfers are far from finalised yet.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Ndiaye’s move to Tottenham could hinge on Richarlison agreeing to return to Everton, with the striker yet to make a final decision on his next destination.
Over the last few hours, we have seen Everton launch an offer for Monaco striker Folarin Balogun, which potentially hints that the Richarlison and Ndiaye transfers may have hit a hiccup.

According to a report in TEAMtalk, Spurs are ‘working hard’ on identified attacking reinforcements in the final hours of the window, as they remain keen on further bolstering their attack.
They are keeping an eye on Christian Pulisic, as they assess their options before tomorrow’s 11 pm deadline.
It is revealed that Pulisic has been the subject of plenty of enquiries this summer, including one from Tottenham, with the Lilywhites seeing the USA international as someone who could offer versatility and experience to their forward line.
However, it is made clear the 27-year-old is viewed as a key part of Ruben Amorim’s project, and it will take a sizable offer to prise him away from the San Siro.
Three more wingers are also on Spurs’ radar
As the deadline fast approaches, Roberto De Zerbi’s side are not putting their eggs in one basket and have identified several winger options.
TEAMtalk claim that the North Londoners have also made enquiries for Lyon’s Malick Fofana, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Jean-Matteo Bahoya and Lille’s Matheus Fernandez-Pardo.
Fofana has attracted significant interest in recent days from Hull City and Sunderland, while Fernandez-Pardo has emerged as a major target for Newcastle United.
