Tottenham Hotspur are exploring a move for Rafael Leao, but the AC Milan man is not expected to come cheap this summer.
Leao has been one of the standout attackers in Serie A for many years and has constantly been linked with a move to the Premier League over recent years.
The Lilywhites made contact regarding a deal for the Milan star last summer, and after the end of last season, their interest in the player has seemingly not gone away.
It was reported by The Independent a couple of days ago that Spurs have held exploratory discussions over a move for Leao, and Roberto De Zerbi’s men have now discovered how much the player would cost.

Gianluca Di Marzio has now claimed that if the 27-year-old does exit the San Siro this summer, it will be for big money.
The Rossoneri are expected to demand around €60m-€70m (£51.4m-£60m) from Leao’s suitors, with the player still having two years left on his contract.
The report claims that the winger is ready to leave Milan for a new adventure outside Italy. The player is expected to meet up with the Italian club’s representatives after the World Cup to discuss his future.
Leao has already spelt out his transfer intention
At the end of last season, the Tottenham Hotspur target confessed that he is ready to seek a fresh challenge away from Milan.
In fact, in that interview, Leao specifically said that he would be ‘very happy’ to move to the Premier League, admitting he would love to test himself in England.
However, there have been suggestions in the Italian press that Spurs could face competition from Man United and Chelsea for the Milan winger.
