Tottenham Hotspur youngster Yusuf Akhamrich is continuing to showcase his class out on loan, starting his time at Leyton Orient with a bang.

Yusuf Akhamrich caught the eye of Spurs fans during his spell at Bristol Rovers in the second half of last season.

The 20-year-old winger scored six goals and provided two assists across 19 matches for Bristol, demonstrating a knack for scoring worldies with his left foot.

The youngster’s outstanding performances in League Two last term led to a jump up to the third tier with Leyton, and he has started his spell in League One with a bang.

The O’s thrashed Bromley 5-0 away from home to move to sixth in the league table, and the Tottenham man played a starring role on the right.

He produced a lovely left finish into the bottom corner at the start of the second period to put Orient 2-0 up.

Then, just five minutes later, Akhamrich started and finished the move for the away side’s third goal, this time finding the opposite corner from outside the box. That brings his tally to three goals and an assist in four League One matches so far.

Akhamrich will have Dane Scarlett to play alongside this season

Dane Scarlett left Tottenham to complete a permanent move to Leyton Orient on transfer deadline day.

That brings to an end a 17-year stay at Spurs for the centre-forward, who signed for the club aged just five, with the striker making 27 senior appearances for the Lilywhites.

Scarlett will hope to combine with Akhamrich for many goals in what looks to be a formidable Orient attack this season.
