Fiorentina have set their sights on poaching Tottenham defender Radu Dragusin, whose days at the North London club appear numbered.
Spurs have already strengthened at centre-back through the acquisition of Marcos Senesi, and the Argentine is not expected to be the last defender to arrive through the door at Hotspur Way this summer.
Reports indicate that Tottenham are confident of striking a deal with Brighton for Jan Paul van Hecke, despite having two offers turned down for the Dutchman.
Those arrivals could open the door for some exits from Spurs, with Cristian Romero continuing to be linked with a departure from N17, but the Argentine is not likely to be the only centre-back to depart the club.

Fiorentina set to reignite interest in Tottenham’s Radu Dragusin
It has been widely reported that Radu Dragusin is also expected to leave Spurs this summer, with the Romanian struggling to establish himself in the starting eleven since his switch from Genoa two and a half years ago.
Dragusin was mooted as a target for Fiorentina in January, and it has now emerged that the Viola’s interest in the player has not gone away.
This is according to Gazzetta dello Sport (as relayed by Sport Witness), who say that Dragusin’s and Fiorentina’s paths are ‘crossing again’ this summer.
It is revealed that the Serie A club have already done groundwork on a deal for the 24-year-old, who has been identified as a ‘key target’.
The former Genoa man is ‘the favourite’ of the Fiorentina hierarchy, who are set to offer the centre-back a route back to Italian football.
Fiorentina could face competition for Dragusin
Fiorentina are not the only ones circling over the Tottenham man, with RB Leipzig, Juventus and AS Roma also allegedly interested in Dragusin.
Some outlets, including Fanatik, have even asserted over recent months that Leipzig are in pole position to land the Spurs centre-back.
According to these publications, Tottenham are expected to demand €20m (£17.4m) for the Romanian international, who they paid £25m to sign back in January of 2024.
