Tottenham Hotspur have long held plans to build a hotel next to their stadium, but work has yet to commence on the ambitious project.
Well over six years have passed since the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was opened, but the project as a whole remains a work in progress.
Spurs were expected to secure a naming rights deal, which would see the ground given a new title, but this has not come to fruition.
On top of this, Tottenham had plans for a hotel by the stadium approved last year. However, construction on the 30-storey tower block has not even started.

The Tottenham Hotel project has continued to be paused
Earlier this year it was reported that Spurs submitted a new planning application, this time for four residential towers behind the iconic South Stand.
According to the minutes from the recent Fan Advisory Board meeting, the printworks student accommodation is now underway. However, all other property projects are under review.
As for the hotel development, work is yet to commence, with the project remaining on pause for the time being.
Spurs are in no hurry to complete their stadium development
Tottenham want to have all the buildings surrounding their stadium completed in time for Euro 2028, which leaves them with two and a half years to get the job done.
This is still a considerable amount of time, and so the fact that work has not yet started on the hotel is not really a cause for concern. Besides, Spurs supporters would probably prefer that there is a greater focus on the footballing operation of the club after a string of poor results.
