Tottenham Hotspur are looking to loan out a young defender who was handed his senior debut by Igor Tudor last season.
The final few days of the transfer window look set to be a busy time at Spurs, with Roberto De Zerbi admitting that Pape Sarr, Richarlison and Kevin Danso can leave the club.
Some incomings are also expected, with reports indicating that Tottenham have agreed a deal with Everton for the signing of Iliman Ndiaye.
The Lilywhites are also busy trying to find the right loan moves for some of their academy youngsters, including a defensive starlet.
Tottenham assessing options to loan out James Rowswell
BBC Sport journalist Nizaar Kinsella has now revealed that Spurs are studying various loan options for academy defender James Rowswell.
The 20-year-old centre-back, who came off the bench for his senior debut in Tottenham’s 1-1 draw at Anfield back in March, is of interest to several League One clubs in the final days of the window.
Kinsella wrote on X: “Tottenham are assessing loan options for defender James Rowswell, 20, with three or four League One clubs having registered an interest. Rowswell, who has featured in the Premier League for Spurs, has permission to explore his options for a temporary move.”
Spurs teenager expected to leave on loan
This update comes just a day after Tottenham confirmed Jamie Donley has been loaned out to Luton Town for the 2026-27 season.
Mikey Moore, who has featured in all three of Spurs’ games so far this campaign, is also expected to seal a temporary move away before the transfer deadline.
According to various reports, FC Koln are working hard to finalise a loan deal for Moore, who excelled at Rangers last season.
