Tottenham Hotspur are plotting to raid their London rivals, West Ham, for a second summer in a row as they eye Jarrod Bowen. However, Spurs need to stay up at the Hammers’ expense first.
Spurs and West Ham are locked in a battle for survival, with just two points separating the London rivals heading into the final two league games of the season.

If Tottenham do manage to stay up, it has been suggested that they could look to take advantage of the Hammers’ relegation to poach some of their best players.
Some reports have suggested that Spurs are ready to make a move for Crysencio Summerville if they avoid relegation, but the Dutchman is not the only West Ham player on their wishlist.

Jarrod Bowen could snub Tottenham to stay at West Ham
It was first reported at the start of March that Spurs are considering a move for Jarrod Bowen if West Ham go down this season.
A new update from TEAMtalk has now confirmed that Tottenham remain admirers of the England international. In fact, it is revealed that the Lilywhites have enquired about the winger in the last two summer windows.
De Zerbi’s men are continuing to monitor developments around Bowen closely as they look to strengthen their attacking options this summer.
However, it is suggested that the West Ham captain could stay at the London stadium despite the growing interest in his services.
It is asserted that the 29-year-old is in no rush to push for an exit and could remain with the East London club even if they go down.
Five other clubs eyeing moves for Bowen but one may have an advantage
TEAMtalk say that the interest in the former Hull City man is intensifying ahead of the summer window, with Liverpool, Man United, Aston Villa, Newcastle and Everton also keeping an eye on his situation.
It is pointed out that Toffees’ interest is being driven by David Moyes, who worked with Bowen during his time at West Ham.
Moyes wants to add more competition in the wide areas at Everton, and having been ‘instrumental’ in the winger’s development, he could look to reunite with the player at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
It was previously suggested that West Ham could demand €60m (£52.5m) for Bown this summer, but their asking price could drop in the event of relegation.
