Tottenham’s top 5 players over the last 10 years

In the last decade, Tottenham Hotspur have gone from strength to strength in the Premier League, and are now without a doubt one of the biggest clubs in the division.

A first top four finish, a first taste of Champions League, a first quarter-final in that prestigious tournament, so many leaps and bounds have been made by the latest crops of Lilywhites, especially under current boss Mauricio Pochettino.

But who are the best players to have graced the White Hart Lane pitch over the last ten years? Here are our top five.

Hugo Lloris

It seems only right to choose a goal keeper to add to our list, and what a five-a-side team this would be!
Perhaps one of the best Premier League deadline day purchases ever.
Lloris was signed from Lyon in 2012 for a mere £8m and has gone on to make 254 appearances, many as captain.
He will forever go down as one of the best keepers ever seen at the club, with his cat-like reflexes, death defying sweeping and expert saves.
Still yet to score a goal though, maybe I should be giving Paul Robinson a wildcard here.
Hugo went on to win the 2018 World Cup in Russia with his home nation France, captaining his side to glory.
Lloris will now hope to kick on and captain his beloved Tottenham to some domestic silverware.
What did you think of our list? Did we miss anyone out?
