(Video) Footage shows how the new Spurs stadium grow lights are stored

For those of you who have been watching the live webcams of the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium over the past couple of months, you will have noticed the metal structures which have been straddling the pitch area.

These structures which have been provided by the club’s official grow light partner SGL help the grass (when it is finally laid) to grow under artificial light.

A time lapse video shows how the lights are wheeled towards the north side of the 62,062 seater stadium before disappearing below the stand.

Once they were all lined up in front of the north stand at about 16:30, it took them until just before 18:30 to get them all lowered in.
