Tottenham Hotspur may be struggling for goals, but their academy youngsters are continuing to find the back of the net with regularity across the EFL.
Spurs have a whole host of youngsters out on loan across various lower league clubs, including winger Oliver Irow.
The 20-year-old got his first taste of senior football when he made a temporary move to Mansfield Town for the second half of last season, where he managed four goals in 18 appearances.
Irow has returned to League One for this campaign, completing a loan move to Plymouth Argyle, and he has made an outstanding start to his spell at Home Park.

Irow netted his first goal for Argyle on his debut for the club against Coventry City in the second round of the Carabao Cup.
The 20-year-old has now scored his first league goal for his new side, sending Tom Cleverley’s men on their way to a comfortable 3-0 win over Barnsley.
The goal came less than a minute into the clash, with Irow taking a brilliant touch from the left to cut inside before rifling the ball into the top corner.

Spurs need a moment of inspiration like Irow just produced
Following his side’s 0-0 draw against Everton, De Zerbi admitted that the Tottenham players may have a mental block in front of goal, with the wait for the first goal of the season playing on their minds.
The Spurs head coach suggested that the floodgates will open for his side as soon as they find the back of the net.
What Tottenham need is perhaps a moment of inspiration from one of their attacking players, such as the one Irow just produced.
Spurs fans will be hoping someone like James Maddison could provide that moment of quality when the Lilywhites take to the field at Anfield for the Carabao Cup third-round clash on Tuesday.
