The outlet asserts that Spurs remain ‘at the front of the queue’ to land Savinho and that negotiations between the Lilywhites and Man City ‘are well advanced’.
While City are open to letting the former Girona man leave, they first want to sign a replacement before greenlighting his sale.

Football Insider say that Tottenham could face competition from Italy for the Brazil international, with Milan now registering an interest in the player.
While the Rossoneri were initially interested in a deal for Phil Foden, they have now officially turned their attention to Savinho after the England international signed a contract extension with City.
It is revealed that while City have not received any offers from either Spurs or Milan for the pacy attacker, that could soon change. This is because the Italian club are preparing a loan offer for Savinho with an obligation to buy worth €50m-€55m (£43m-£47m).
