Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have been given a direct message regarding their rumoured pursuit of Galatasaray’s Victor Osimhen at the business end of the transfer window.
According to various reports, Tottenham are looking to add a number nine to their squad alongside Savinho and Cody Gakpo, as they aim for a strong end to the transfer window.
Some sources have claimed over the past few days that Spurs are making progress on a deal for Osimhen, who could leave Galatasaray before the window slams shut.
The Lilywhites are not the only ones plotting a move for the 27-year-old, with Arsenal also alleged to have discussed a move for the Nigerian with Galatasaray, but the Turkish club have now given both North London clubs a clear response.

Galatasaray president gives Tottenham a hard no on Victor Osimhen
Amid the ongoing speculation regarding the club’s star striker, Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek has now sent a direct and clear message to the player’s suitors.
He made it clear that no offer for the former Napoli striker will be considered in the final days of the transfer window.
343 Digital say Ozbek is reported to have told his inner circle: “I will not say ‘yes’ to any transaction that will harm Galatasaray or not benefit Galatasaray.
“What I said about Baris Alper Yilmaz, I am now saying even more strongly about Osimhen. No matter how much the price is, I am not selling Osimhen.”
Galatasaray have already turned down a monster offer for Osimhen
If reports over recent days are to be believed, Ozbek is certainly not bluffing when he says no offer for the centre-forward will be considered.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, even Al-Hilal’s €130m (£111m) offer for Osimhen has not been accepted by Galatasaray.
In fact, the Sky Sports Germany journalist revealed that the Istanbul club refused to even negotiate with the Saudi club despite their monster bid.
