Some Turkish outlets have been suggesting over the last week that Tottenham may be plotting a shock offer for Victor Osimhen, who is allegedly valued at £65m by Galatasaray.
The Telegraph have now revealed that the Lilywhites’ North London rivals have also raised the possibility of a move for the Nigerian international in their talks with Galatasaray.
The Turkish club were speaking to Arsenal about their interest in Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri, and those discussions included the possibility of Osimhen moving to the Gunners.
It is unclear if Gala offered the striker to the Premier League champions or whether Arsenal were the ones to raise the possibility of a part-exchange deal.
