Tottenham Hotspur may have little time to waste if they want to win the race for Antonio Nusa, with the interest in the RB Leipzig man intensifying.
Tottenham are scouring the market for wingers, and it emerged last week that Nusa is one of the names on Spurs’ wishlist.
However, Spurs are not alone in their admiration for the 22-year-old, who has piqued the interest of many clubs across Europe after his strong performances for Norway at the World Cup.
It has been reported over recent days that Tottenham face competition from the likes of Arsenal, Newcastle, and Aston Villa for Nusa, and the Liltwhites may now be in danger of falling behind in the transfer race.

Arsenal are preparing an offer for Tottenham target Antonio Nusa
CaughtOffside have now claimed that Mikel Arteta wants pace and unpredictability from the left flank as Arsenal prepare to defend their Premier League title and compete for the Champions League in the upcoming season.
The Gunners have been impressed with Nusa’s performances at the World Cup and are now readying to substantiate their interest in the player.
The 21-year-old is seen as an option to replace Leandro Trossard and a possible ‘long-term solution’ on the left flank for the reigning champions.
According to industry sources, Arsenal are now ready to test RB Leipzig’s resolve by submitting a €40m (£34m) offer for Nusa.
Arsenal’s bid expected to fall short of Leipzig’s Nusa valuation
However, CaughtOffside suggest that the Gunners’ planned opening offer may not be enough to get a deal for the Norway international over the line.
The website relays sources from Germany who suggested that Leipzig are holding out for at least €60m (£51m) for Nusa.
While the Bundesliga club would prefer to keep the pacy winger at the Red Bull Arena, their stance could change if a major offer arrives.
