Tottenham Hotspur youngster Mikey Moore is one player who has been attracting plenty of interest this summer transfer window.
Of course, this isn’t entirely surprising given Moore’s stellar loan spell last season, where the 18‑year‑old scored six goals and provided two assists in 28 appearances, earning the Young Player of the Season award in Scotland.
The likes of Hamburg, Koln, Borussia Dortmund and Middlesbrough are some of the sides to have shown a keen interest in signing the Spurs wonderkid this summer.

Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed the loan departure of Mikey Moore to FC Köln this summer transfer window, with his trademark ‘here we go’.
The journalist tweeted: ‘FC Köln have closed the agreement with Tottenham to sign Mikey Moore, here we go!Deal in place on straight loan and green light to travel from THFC. No buy option clause, back to Spurs in June 2027.’
The Bundesliga side, who managed a 14th-place finish, will now be hoping for a much better performance in Germany with Moore joining their ranks.
Tottenham remain keen on keeping the youngster on their books and even rejected permanent sale offers of up to £26 million before agreeing to send Moore on loan to Germany.
The 18-year-old will now embark on what is his second loan away from Spurs as he continues to develop his game.
How Koln plan to use Moore and why Spurs fans are watching closely
Tottenham fans are not against Moore’s move to Germany, with many sharing their positive reactions following the initial links.
However, one of the biggest concerns was exactly where the teenager will be deployed given Koln’s options out wide in Said El Mala.
Moore was used mostly on the left while with Rangers last season, but is capable of playing on the right and centrally.
Reports have it that Köln are looking to deploy Moore as a central playmaker. It is explained that Rene Wagner’s men see the teenager as someone who is able to cover a lot of ground, push forward while also tracking back to do his fair share of defensive work.
