Mikey Moore’s proposed move to Köln may not be straightforward, with five other clubs vying for the Tottenham star’s signature.

FC Koln sent a loan offer to Spurs for the winger a couple of days ago, and they are making progress in their efforts to land the teenager.

Spurs Web has also carried reports over the last couple of days that Koln is the Tottenham academy graduate’s preferred loan destination for the upcoming season.

However, it appears that Moore is yet to make a final decision, with several clubs continuing to eye a late hijack.

Other clubs circle over Tottenham star Mikey Moore as he holds Koln talks

Football Insider have claimed that Moore is in the process of deciding his next destination as six clubs attempt to secure the Spurs youngster.

The Tottenham academy graduate is also wanted by three other Bundesliga clubs: Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and Hamburg, all of whom have expressed an interest.

Dutch side AZ Alkmaar have now also joined the race, while Middlesbrough are also ‘pushing hard’ to take Moore to the Championship and unite him with Will Lankshear.

The 18-year-old had further discussions with Koln on Monday as he contemplates his next move following his successful spell at Rangers.

Why Borussia Dortmund and Middlesbrough are unlikely to sign Moore

Football Insider say that Dortmund have also had talks with Spurs over Moore, but they want a loan deal to come with an option to buy.

However, the North London club only want a straight loan deal for the winger as they want him to develop further with regular game time in a top league before returning to the club next summer.

Finally, the website adds that it may prove tough for Boro to secure a deal for the Spurs starlet, as the player is unlikely to move to the second tier.
