Tottenham fans will love what Roy Keane just did, with the Man United legend continuing to show that he has a massive affection for the Lilywhites.

Keane has admitted in the past that he considers himself a Tottenham fan after growing up supporting them in Ireland.

That is perhaps why the pundit is sometimes extra critical of the North London club and their tendency to not push the envelope to challenge for bigger and better things.

The 54-year-old has demonstrated again that he still feels a massive connection with Spurs despite spending 12 years at Manchester United.

Roy Keane shows Tottenham affection by signing famous Spurs song

In the latest episode of The Overlap, Keane, Gary Neville and Ian Wright were asked to name the seven biggest capacity stadiums in the Premier League next season.

When the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium came up second on that list, Keane’s face lit up, and the pundit responded with: “Yeah, Spurs second, massive club”.

Keane then broke into the famous Chas & Dave song: “Spurs are on their way to Wembley”. Watch the video below:

In the same episode, the panel also discussed Tottenham paying a combined £185m to land both Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali, thus shattering their transfer record in successive days.

Reacting to the deal, Keane said: “Spurs are making noises” and proceeded to suggest that Roberto De Zerbi would have sought assurances regarding a big summer spend when he accepted the job three months ago.
