Savinho has made his stance on his future clear after Tottenham Hotspur began talks with Man City over a deal for the winger.
The speculation linking Savinho with a move to Spurs has intensified over the last few days, with the Lilywhites making yet another attempt to sign the Brazilian after failing with approaches for him in the last two transfer windows.
Fabrizio Romano has said that Man City have opened the door for the winger to join Tottenham after the 22-year-old struggled for regular game time last season.
The Lilywhites have now been handed a huge boost in their quest to get a deal for the former Girona man over the line.

Tottenham ‘optimistic’ as Savinho keen to move to N17
TEAMtalk have now revealed that Spurs are making ‘significant progress’ in their efforts to land the Brazil international ahead of Roberto De Zerbi’s first full season in charge.
The website claims to have heard from sources that Savinho is keen on completing a move to Tottenham after his game time dropped drastically at the Etihad Stadium last term.
In fact, the report explains that the 22-year-old even expressed a desire to move to Spurs in January after the Lilywhites made an approach, but City were unwilling to let him go mid-season.
However, the Manchester club’s stance is thought to have softened since then, and the Tottenham officials are ‘optimistic’ about clinching the deal as they believe Savinho’s ‘clear preference’ to join them will help move negotiations.
Man City’s asking price for Savinho has dropped significantly
Furthermore, TEAMtalk say that Tottenham are confident of securing the winger at a ‘reasonable fee’ this summer, although the two clubs remain at the early stages of negotiations.
The Lilywhites have not tabled an official offer yet for Savinho, but early indications are that a fee of around £50m would be sufficient to price him away.
That would represent a significant drop in price over the last 12 months, with reports indicating that Tottenham were willing to pay £70m for the Brazilian last summer.
