Tottenham Hotspur are once again casting their eye towards emerging talent, with a highly-rated PSG youngster reportedly unsettled in France.
Tottenham Hotspur have proven during this summer transfer window that they are capable of going head to head with, and even beating, the biggest sides to their transfer targets after seeing off Arsenal and Manchester City to secure Sandro Tonali‘s services.
The Lilywhites have also shown they can keep their wages competitive after breaking their wage structure to land Tonali.
However, despite completing six signings, Tottenham continue to lurk in the market this summer as they look to bolster their attack next.

Tottenham interested in Ibrahim Mbaye
According to journalist Sébastien Denis of Foot Mercato, it is understood that Spurs have their eye on a wide forward.
It is explained that Tottenham are attracted to the profile of Parisian forward Ibrahim Mbaye, who is capable of playing on both the left and right wing.
The 18-year-old has come through the ranks at Paris Saint-Germain, and it is claimed that Mbaye no longer wants to settle for a bit-part role in Paris.
Denis reports that the youngster has been sidelined by the competition and is considering a departure, even though those around him are trying to dissuade him.
Spurs, however, are not alone in their pursuit of the winger, with Aston Villa also in the race.
Spurs may be moving away from their recent transfer strategy
While Mbaye is a player with enormous potential and could well develop into a top-quality winger, signing him at the moment does go against Tottenham’s latest strategy.
Thus far this summer, Spurs have purchased players with Premier League experience who are ready for the first team.
However, Mbaye is more of a youngster who would not greatly improve what Spurs have at the moment and is not exactly Premier League proven.
The versatile winger managed just 998 minutes last season in Ligue 1 for PSG, featuring from the start just once in those appearances.
The other players Tottenham have been linked with in the wide areas fit the club’s recent transfer strategy, with Crysencio Summerville and Savinho both said to be on Spurs’ radar.
