Tottenham face intense competition from within the Premier League for Antonio Nusa, including from two of their London rivals.

Nusa has yet to live up to the promise he showed as a teenager at Club Brugge, but his stock is now steadily climbing.

The winger has followed up a decent season for RB Leipzig with impressive performances at the World Cup for Norway, who have been one of the surprise packages of the tournament so far.

Over the last few days, several outlets have claimed that Tottenham are exploring a move for Nusa, as Roberto De Zerbi aims to add a top-class left-winger to his squad.

Tottenham battling Arsenal and three other English clubs for Antonio Nusa

TEAMtalk have now confirmed that Spurs are indeed fans of the 21-year-old and have made contact with his agent, but they reveal that the Lilywhites are far from alone in wanting the player.

Nusa’s blistering pace, dribbling skills, and versatility across the frontline have caught the eye of many Premier League sides, putting them ‘on alert’.

Arsenal are ‘monitoring the player closely’ as they look to bring in a left-sided attacker, while Newcastle United have shown ‘concrete interest’ in the winger.

Additionally, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are also keeping tabs on Nusa as they contemplate a move, thus potentially setting the stage for a major battle for the youngster’s signature.

RB Leipzig’s stance on Nusa revealed

TEAMtalk reveal that Leipzig have publicly told suitors that they would have to pay up to €60m (£51m) for the former Club Brugge man.

However, the outlet claims to have heard from sources that the Bundesliga club could be tempted to sell Nusa for around €50m (£42.7m).

The interest in the Norway international is not restricted to the Premier League, with AC Milan, Napoli, Atletico Madrid and Barcelona all keeping a close eye on the player’s situation.
