Harry Kane’s brother and agent, Charlie Kane, reportedly held a meeting with a club president this week regarding a transfer from Bayern Munich, as Tottenham keep an eye on his situation.

Spurs are keen on adding a striker to their squad, alongside their pursuits of Cody Gakpo and Savinho, but it is unclear who the Lilywhites’ top striker target is at the moment.

Over recent days, it has emerged that Tottenham have enquired about the availability of Kane, who is into the final 12 months of his contract at Bayern Munich.

Spurs added a first refusal option on their former striker when they sold him to the Bavarian club three years ago, and his future has now become the subject of huge speculation in the dying stages of the transfer window.

Harry Kane’s representatives speak to Al-Hilal as Tottenham continue to watch closely

TEAMtalk have now revealed that Kane is attracting ‘significant interest’ in the final 12 days of the transfer window.

Tottenham ‘continue to be kept informed’ of the 33-year-old’s situation, while Barcelona have also made enquiries about his availability.

However, the club showing the most interest are Al-Hilal, who have held talks with Kane’s representatives as they look to tempt him to a move to Saudi Arabia.

It is revealed that the striker’s brother and leading representatives, Charlie Kane, met with Al-Hilal’s technical director, Simon Francis, over the weekend, with the former Spurs man continuing to be at the top of the Saudi Pro League club’s wishlist.

Kane unlikely to move to Saudi Arabia as Bayern Munich continue contract talks

However, despite these talks, TEAMtalk insist that Bayern remain hopeful of keeping the England captain at the club and have accelerated discussions over a new contract.

The Bundesliga giants are currently working on tying Kane down to a new three-year deal at the Allianz Arena.

While Al-Hilal are prepared to make one of the biggest ever offers from a Saudi club to sign the former Tottenham man, their pursuit is ‘unlikely to succeed’ at this stage.
