Tottenham Hotspur just received an offer from Portugal for a player who Roberto De Zerbi is thought to be an admirer of.
It has been reported that Spurs are now focused on trimming their squad over the next few weeks before going big on new signings again later in the window.
Cristian Romero, Djed Spence, Guglielmo Vicario, Lucas Bergvall and Richarlison are all reportedly on the shop window, as Roberto De Zerbi continues rebuilding his squad ahead of his first full season in charge.
However, it has now emerged that a 20-year-old could potentially also be set for a shock exit, just a few months after arriving at Spurs.

Benfica have made an offer for Tottenham starlet Souza
According to Diario do Peixe, Tottenham could already be facing a big decision on the future of Souza, just six months after signing him from Santos.
It is revealed that Benfica have now submitted an offer of €20m (£17.4m) to the North London club for the left-back.
That means that Spurs could stand to make a quick profit after paying €15m (£13m) to sign Souza, who made four Premier League appearances for the club last season.
However, the outlet makes it clear that Tottenham will not get the full fee if they accept Benfica’s offer for the Brazilian, with Santos retaining a 10 per cent sell-on clause on their academy graduate.
Souza is of interest to clubs across England and Europe
The report says that the left-back was of interest to several European clubs before Tottenham clinched the deal in January, naming Barcelona and Bayern Munich among his admirers.
It is also asserted that several Premier League clubs have enquired about a possible loan move for Souza this summer.
Alasdair Gold previously claimed that Tottenham do plan on loaning out Souza for next season, while other sources have revealed that De Zerbi is an admirer of the 20-year-old’s qualities.
