One of the most prolific strikers across Europe, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham over recent weeks, could be signed for just £55m.
With Richarlison’s future at Spurs still not certain, the big question on the minds of Tottenham fans is whether a new number nine will arrive through the door before the end of the window.
Spurs have temporarily abandoned their pursuit of Eli Junior Kroupi after his foot injury, and several other alternative targets have been mooted over the last few weeks.
One of those is Victor Osimhen, who is thought to be keen on a switch to the Premier League amid interest from Spurs, and there has now been a big update on his future.

Galatasaray name price for Tottenham target Victor Osimhen following Saudi interest
Sky Sports Switzerland are now reporting that Al Hilal have expressed an interest in the Galatasaray striker, as they attempt to replace Karim Benzema.
The Saudi Pro League club have enquired about the conditions of a deal for Osimhen, and Gala are not ruling out the possibility of a late sale.
The Turkish club have told Al Hilal that they would be willing to sell the 27-year-old for €65m (£55.5m).
However, the main issue for the Saudi club is reaching an agreement with the player, with the next few days expected to be crucial in determining whether Al Hilal can convince the Nigerian to move to Riyadh.
The last time Tottenham faced Galatasaray in the 2024 Europa League, Osimhen was near-unplayable, scoring a brace to earn a 3-2 win.
Have Spurs settled on a Ligue 1 striker as their top target?
It was reported by L’Equipe a couple of days ago that Folarin Balogun is now the subject of ‘intense interest’ from Tottenham.
The update claimed that Roberto De Zerbi’s men are laying the groundwork to complete a €60m (£51.2m) deal for the former Arsenal man.
However, this has been rubbished by Fabrizio Romano, who has claimed that Spurs are yet to make any concrete move for Balogun.
