Tottenham Hotspur insider Paul O’Keefe has revealed how much wages Savinho will be on at Spurs if he completes a transfer this summer.

To the delight and surprise of Tottenham supporters, the Lilywhites have not wasted any time starting their rebuild, having made some big moves in the early stage of the window.

Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi are expected to be announced as Spurs players when their contracts with Liverpool and Bournemouth, respectively, run out.

Tottenham fans woke up to news on Thursday that the club are accelerating efforts to land Jan Paul Van Hecke, who has worked with Roberto De Zerbi at Brighton.

Savinho’s salary at Tottenham revealed as transfer draws closer

The North Londoners are not just strengthening their backline, but are also close to adding more firepower to their attack.

Reports indicate that Tottenham are confident of securing Savinho, with the Man City man thought to be keen on completing a switch to N17.

Xavi Simons has also thrown a big hint that Savinho is on his way to Spurs by sharing a picture of him and the Brazilian during their PSV Eindhoven days.

As the 22-year-old’s switch to Tottenham draws closer, Paul O’Keefe has shared on social media that the winger is set to be on a contract worth £120k-£140k per week.

Tottenham player wages for 2025/26 season:

If Savinho was put on £120k per week, it would make him Tottenham’s seventh-highest earner (Palhinha and Kolo Muani are only on loan). A £140k wage would put Savinho in as the club’s joint-sixth highest earner, alongside Solanke.

Reactions from Spurs fans and Man City fans to Savinho rumours are telling

Some Spurs fans are sceptical about whether Savinho will improve their starting eleven, pointing to his poor output at Man City last season as a concern.

However, interestingly, some Man City fans are worried that the club will come to regret selling Savinho to Tottenham, given the undoubtedly raw talent the winger possesses.

There is no doubt that the 22-year-old has to improve his end product, but De Zerbi may be confident of getting the best out of the youngster.
