Tottenham Hotspur have launched a £22m offer for a Lyon starlet, as his agent prepares to fly to London for talks.
Spurs insider Paul O’Keefe has revealed that Tottenham want to add two wingers to their squad this summer as part of their rebuild under Roberto De Zerbi.
It has been reported over the last few days that Spurs are confident of striking a £60m deal with Man City for Savinho.
The North Londoners have now turned their attention to a Lyon star, who is expected to cost much less than the Brazilian winger.

Tottenham submit offer for Malick Fofana
According to a report from Ferveur Lyonnaise, Lyon need to make a big sale before the end of the month in order to balance their books.
The man who is expected to leave the club is Malick Fofana, who is now the subject of fresh interest from Tottenham.
In fact, it is revealed that Spurs have now sent an offer of €26m (£22m) to Lyon for the 19-year-old, who missed out on Belgium’s squad for the World Cup following an injury-hit campaign.
However, the French club are expected to demand €30m (£26m) for the pacy winger, who has two years left on his contract at Groupama Stadium.
Fofana has accepted Spurs’ offer
Ferveur Lyonnaise say that the 21-year-old, who was targeted by Everton last summer, has ‘accepted’ the North London club’s offer.
Fofana’s agent is set to travel to London over the coming days to iron out an agreement with Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
In fact, the publication adds that the winger is already looking to rent his current house in Lyon as he gets set for his departure to England.
