Tottenham Hotspur are ready to spend big on Eli Junior Kroupi as they look to test Bournemouth’s resolve to keep the forward.
Some sources have said that Spurs want to sign two wingers and a striker before the window slams shut, and one Premier League youngster appears to have moved to the top of their wishlist.
Tottenham are looking to poach Kroupi from the South Coast this summer after the Frenchman found the back of the net 13 times in his debut Premier League season.
Spurs are determined to go ‘all out’ for the former Lorient man, as they look to beat the likes of Arsenal, Barcelona and PSG to his signature.

How Bournemouth will react to Tottenham’s £85m offer for Eli Junior Kroupi
Over the past week, several sources have said that Spurs are preparing a mammoth offer for the Cherries star, as they look to steal a march on the competition.
Journalist Pete O’Rourke has now revealed that the North London club are ready to put £85m on the table for Kroupi, but he asserted that even such a big offer is not likely to be enough to convince Bournemouth to sell their star forward.
O’Rourke told Football Insider: “Tottenham are willing to go to £85m for Junior Kroupi, which is a huge fee, but even then, Bournemouth would likely turn that down.
“A deal is highly unlikely because they want to try and keep hold of their best players under the new manager, Marco Rose. Over the years, they’ve seen their best players prised away, so they don’t want that to happen again with European football to look forward to.
“For Spurs, it’s a very ambitious move for them to try and get ahead of all the clubs in this race for Junior Kroupi, but he is under contract until 2030 at Bournemouth, and they are under no immediate pressure to cash in on him or anything like that as well.”
Why Spurs may still have hope of securing Kroupi’s signature
While Bournemouth appear to have adopted a hardline stance on the 20-year-old, the one thing that could work in the Lilywhites’ favour is the player’s interest in a move.
Kroupi’s agent has refused to rule out a summer transfer, admitting that discussions are being held and a final decision is yet to be reached.
Tottenham insiders have revealed over recent days that Kroupi signalled a willingness to move to Spurs when the North London club made contact with the player.
