Paul O’Keefe has revealed whether there is any truth to reports of Manchester City attempting to poach Pedro Porro from Tottenham this summer.
Porro has been more or less the only Tottenham player who has hardly had any injury troubles over the last two seasons, and the Spaniard continues to prove that he is up there with the best in this position.
The 26-year-old was one of the few Spurs players who finished the season strongly, as the Lilywhites avoided relegation from the Premier League by the skin of their teeth.
Porro is now on his way to the World Cup with Spain, but in the meantime, he has become the subject of huge transfer speculation.

Manchester City are keen on Pedro Porro
According to a recent report in AS, Man City are ready to push ahead with a move for Porro, in an effort to solve their issues at right-back.
The update claimed that Tottenham had failed in their efforts to convince the former Sporting Lisbon man to sign a new deal, with the Lilywhites now open to selling him for around £50m.
Worryingly for Spurs fans, O’Keefe has now revealed on social media that there is truth to City’s interest in the Tottenham right-back.
Porro has sent a clear message about his future
The 26-year-old has been asked directly about the speculation regarding a summer transfer, and he gave a definitive answer.
Porro simply stated that he is contracted to Tottenham, and that he has paid no attention to any speculation, expressing his desire to just switch off after a gruelling season.
While that is certainly not a confirmation that he will stay at Spurs, it does perhaps hint that the right-back is not looking to force a move away from N17.
