Tottenham Hotspur may not find it easy to hold onto Luka Vuskovic as Brighton continue to push for a deal for the 19-year-old.
Spurs have reportedly agreed a £52m deal with Brighton for Jan Paul van Hecke, who is set to be the third player to arrive through the door at Hotspur Way this summer, following Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi.
However, over the last few days, the Seagulls and Spurs have also held talks over Vuskovic, who could be in line to replace Van Hecke at the Amex Stadium.
It has emerged that Brighton are preparing a third offer for the Tottenham teenager after having their first two bids turned down, the second of which was worth £30m.

Tottenham starlet Luka Vuskovic does not want to go out on loan
Tottenham fans would certainly not be happy to lose the 19-year-old, who is widely seen as a generational talent, especially after his outstanding loan spell at Hamburg last season.
The Sun’s Tom Barclay has now revealed that Spurs would ideally like the Croat to head out on loan again next season. However, he explains that Vuskovic has no intention of making another temporary move this summer.
Barclay writes on X: “I’m told that Spurs would like to keep Luka Vuskovic and loan him out again, but the player and his reps don’t want another loan. Be interesting to see how it plays out. Vuskovic in line to start in the middle of a 3-man defence here in Dallas tomorrow v England.”
Vuskovic is pushing to join Brighton
Barclay’s update has also been backed up by talkSPORT’s Alex Crook, who says that the 19-year-old is unhappy about the idea of going out on loan again.
Crook claims that the teenager is ‘pushing to leave’ Tottenham after the club signed further reinforcements in central defence over recent weeks.
He wrote on X: “Told Brighton target Luka Vuskovic is pushing to leave Tottenham. Vuskovic is not happy at the prospect of being sent out on loan or a lack of game time at Spurs following the addition of Senesi and impending arrival of Van Hecke. Brighton have had one offer of £35m rejected.”
