Tottenham Hotspur may be involved in a three-way Premier League battle for Levante striker Karl Etta Eyong this summer.
It has been widely reported that Spurs are expected to add multiple reinforcements to their forward line this summer, after starting the summer window with three experienced defensive additions.
Levante forward Karl Etta Eyong was mooted as a target for Spurs in January, and the Premier League side’s interest in the player has not gone away.
Last month, a report from Spain suggested that the Lilywhites are continuing to monitor the Cameroon international, and the race for his signature could now heat up.

Tottenham could challenge Ipswich and Everton for Karl Etta Eyong
TEAMtalk say that the versatile forward, who scored seven goals last season following his switch from Villarreal a year ago, is a top target for Ipswich Town.
The Premier League newcomers are pushing to get a deal for Etta Eyong over the line after holding formal club-to-club discussions.
However, Ipswich will need to act fast as Everton have also enquired about the 22-year-old while Tottenham are also considering entering the race.
Interestingly, the outlet adds that unlike at Ipswich and Everton, the former Villarreal man would be considered a midfield option for Roberto De Zerbi’s side if they do sign him.
Etta Eyong has a clear transfer preference
TEAMtalk say that Levante are braced for significant interest in the Cameroonian and they are expected to demand €30m (£26m) for their talisman.
Etta Eyong has already turned down a lucrative offer from CSKA Moscow as he wants to prove himself at the highest level of European football.
Spanish clubs have also expressed interest in the forward, but a move to La Liga is deemed ‘unlikely’ for the youngster, who is keen on testing himself in the Premier League.
