There has been a new update on the future of the rumoured Tottenham target Andrea Cambiaso as the summer transfer window fast approaches.
Tottenham may need further reinforcements in the full-back areas this summer, despite bringing Brazilian starlet Souza through the door in January.
Ben Davies is expected to leave Spurs when his contract runs out this summer, while some reports over recent weeks have suggested that Destiny Udogie could also be set for a return to Serie A.
That is perhaps why sources have suggested that Roberto De Zerbi’s men have enquired about Juventus left-back Andrea Cambiaso, and the Lilywhites have now been handed some good news in their transfer pursuit.

Juventus name asking price for Tottenham target Andrea Cambiaso
Calciomercato.it have now handed Spurs a boost by revealing that the 26-year-old is not considered unsellable by Juventus.
The outlet reveals that while Juve boss Luciano Spalletti holds Cambiaso in high regard, he does not view the full-back as an indispensable part of his future plans.
Things have not clicked for the left-back since Spalletti took over at the Allianz Stadium, with the defender’s fate ‘hanging in the balance’ ahead of the summer window.
It is alleged that the Bianconeri consider the former Genoa man to be ‘expendable’ and have set his asking price at around €30m-€35m (£26m-£30m).
Boost for Spurs as Serie A clubs may struggle to strike Cambiaso deal
Calicomeracto.it say that AC Milan and Inter Milan hold an interest in the rumoured Tottenham target, but neither club has launched concrete enquiries about the player.
It is revealed that both Milanese clubs have deemed Juve’s asking price of Cambiaso to be ‘too high’.
Napoli have also been keeping an eye on the full-back, but it is suggested that a move abroad remains ‘the most likely option’ for the Italy international, who has many admirers in the Premier League.
