As Tottenham continue to make big moves in the transfer market, Mikey Moore is now edging closer to an exit out of Hotspur Way.

Over the last 12 hours, we have received confirmation that Tottenham have struck a full agreement with Man City over Savinho after months of negotiations.

The Lilywhites are now working to raid the Manchester club for another one of their attackers, with Omar Marmoush also nearing a move to Spurs.

The pair’s arrival would add significant firepower to the Lilywhites’ forward line and free up one of their young wingers to complete his long-awaited move.

Tottenham starlet Mikey Moore expected to complete loan move to Köln soon

Over recent days, it had been reported that Roberto De Zerbi had temporarily halted Mikey Moore’s loan move to Köln after a deal was agreed, as the Spurs boss wanted attacking reinforcements to first arrive through the door before greenlighting the move.

Despite this, we were hearing that the Bundesliga club were confident the Spurs academy graduate would arrive at the club before the end of the window.

Now, Tottenham insider Szyexcl has claimed that the teenager’s switch to the German side is expected to be completed after this weekend.

Interestingly, he also revealed that Köln boss René Wagner is planning to play Moore centrally this season.

Szyexcl wrote on X: “Move to Köln expected to go through after the weekend. René Wagner is planning on playing him in a central position.”

Will Moore start for Spurs against Brentford?

According to reports, Tottenham were in a race against time to register Savinho in time for him to be eligible to play against Brentford tomorrow.

The formalities of the deal with Man City were completed at 9 pm on Thursday, and the winger would have had to be registered before noon today to be involved for the club’s trip to West London.

It remains unclear if Tottenham met the deadline, and if they had failed to do so, Moore could be in line to start the club’s Premier League season opener.
