Tottenham Hotspur have now completed their fourth sale of the summer after Alejo Veliz, Alfie Devine, and Radu Dragusin.

While much attention has been on the incomings at Tottenham Hotspur, there have been a few departures as well.

So far this summer, we have seen Alejo Veliz depart from Tottenham after the club agreed a £7.7 million sale to Brazilian side Bahia.

Radu Dragusin joined Fiorentina on loan with an obligation to buy for £21.4m, while Alfie Devine has also left for Preston in a £6m deal.

We have also seen the departure of a couple of players as free agents, with Yves Bissouma the standout exit, while six U21 players have also moved on.

Tottenham confirm Luka Vuskovic sale

Tottenham have now taken their sales tally over the £80m mark, as Luka Vuskovic depsrts after the club agreed a £46 million deal with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Potential add-ons could take the overall figure to £50 million in the future. Vuskovic only joined Tottenham from Hajduk Split back in 2023 and spent the last three seasons out on loan.

He featured for Tottenham only during pre-season last year, scoring against Reading. However, he is yet to make a competitive appearance for the club.

The £50m sale makes Vuskovic Tottenham’s third biggest outgoing in the club’s history, behind only Gareth Bale and Harry Kane.

Spurs leave the door open for a future return for Vuskovic

This sale comes after Spurs significantly strengthened at the back, adding the likes of Marcos Senesi and Jan Paul van Hecke to an already packed defence.

That meant it would only become more difficult for the youngster to secure regular playing time and, as such, he pushed for a move away from Tottenham.

Spurs structured the deal with Brighton in a way that leaves the door open for Vuskovic to return should he develop into a standout player, as they included matching rights to any future deal.

There is also a 20% sell-on clause should he be sold by the Seagulls at a profit.

There could be more departures this summer, with Lucas Bergvall one player who has requested to leave Spurs, while Archie Gray is attracting interest from Newcastle United.

Pape Matar Sarr is also on the radar of Brentford, with Tottenham reportedly open to a sale as well.
