Tottenham’s summer rebuild shows no signs of slowing down, with fresh developments behind the scenes suggesting there could still be plenty more business to come from the Lewis Family before the transfer window closes.
Tottenham Hotspur have been busy so far this summer transfer window as they aim to improve their squad following consecutive 17th-place finishes in the Premier League.
Thus far, the Lilywhites have completed multiple deals, including the £52m signing of Jan Paul van Hecke and three free-transfer deals, with Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka all joining Spurs.
Tottenham have also managed to improve the contract of Pedro Porro after interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City. At the same time, work is underway to offer Antonin Kinsky a new and improved deal.
The expectation, though, remains that more is to come from Spurs, with reports revealing that as many as seven signings could be made this summer transfer window.

Tottenham receive £100m cash injection amid transfer plans
Football.London has now revealed that the Lewis Family has continued to show ambition this summer as Spurs look to improve their squad during the transfer window.
According to the publication, the Lewis Family are understood to have injected £100m into Tottenham, with more to come, as they seek to provide Spurs with the funds needed to push on to new heights.
This is not the first time the owners have injected cash into Tottenham. Spurs Web reported back in October about a similar £100m injection from the Lewis Family.
Spurs may need backing for marquee additions
At the end of the season, the Lewis Family made it clear that there was going to be a show of ambition and that they would be going all in. It looks like they are aiming to back those words with action.
Tottenham do need an extra bit of cash to secure the signings they want this summer, given the prices of their preferred targets.
In the last few weeks, Spurs have been linked with moves for Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali, two big-name midfielders currently valued above the club’s recent transfer-record fee.
Tottenham only recently put in a £80m bid for Tonali, which was rejected, with Newcastle demanding £100m, while Fernandes is valued at around £80m-£90m. If Spurs are to land these players and their other targets, they will need sufficient financial backing.
