There are conflicting claims regarding what Brighton will do next after seeing offers for Luka Vuskovic being turned down by Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham have already turned down two offers from Brighton for Vuskovic, with the second of those offers reaching £30m.
It has been widely reported that the Seagulls’ offer fell well short of Tottenham’s valuation of the 19-year-old, whose stock has risen rapidly over the last 12 months in light of his outstanding loan spell at Hamburg.
In fact, several sources have claimed that Spurs would want £60m to part ways with the teenager, who is keen on getting regular game time next season.

Brighton are not planning another offer for Tottenham’s Luka Vuskovic
Just over 24 hours ago, Football Insider claimed that Fabian Hurzeler’s side are preparing a third offer for Vuskovic, who had been identified by the South Coast club as their ‘top target’.
However, a new report in BBC Sport has rubbished this claim, stating that another offer is not expected to arrive from Brighton for the 19-year-old, at least for now.
The Seagulls are continuing to keep across the centre-back’s situation but have ‘no immediate plans’ to send another bid to the North London club.
This is despite widespread claims that personal terms have already been agreed between Brighton and the Tottenham youngster.
Why Brighton are pleased with Jan Paul van Hecke’s sale to Spurs
BBC Sport also say that Brighton believe they have negotiated ‘an excellent deal’ for Jan Paul van Hecke, who is set to complete a £52m move to Spurs.
The South Coast club are delighted with the fee, given that the centre-back has only a year left on his contract, and are also particularly pleased that they managed to add a sell-on clause to the deal.
Various publications have confirmed over the last 24 hours that Brighton have retained a 20 per cent sell-on clause for Van Hecke.
