Fabrizio Romano has said that Savinho may not be the only big-name Premier League winger who makes a move to Tottenham Hotspur over the coming weeks.
According to reports, Savinho has now informed Manchester City of his keenness to complete a move to Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
This comes after weeks of negotiations between Tottenham and City over the Brazilian winger, with the 22-year-old alleged to be the Lilywhites’ top winger target.
Savinho himself has dropped some big hints that he may be joining Tottenham, but the North Londoners could also bolster their wide areas with another big signing.

Fabrizio Romano says Cody Gakpo remains a target for Tottenham
Speaking on the Here We Go podcast on YouTube, Fabrizio Romano has said that Spurs are confident that they will be able to strike an agreement with City regarding Savinho.
However, the journalist asserts that De Zerbi wants not just one, but two wingers to come through the door before the window slams shut.
Romano then throws a bombshell by adding: “Keep an eye on Tottenham Hotspur and Cody Gakpo in the next weeks. They really like the player.”
Gakpo’s stance on his future revealed amid Spurs’ interest
It emerged last week that Spurs expressed an interest in Gakpo, who scored nine times and provided six assists for Liverpool across all competitions last season.
In fact, it was even suggested by The Sun earlier in the window that Tottenham were preparing a £73.5m offer for the Netherlands international.
While TEAMtalk have stated Gakpo’s representatives were exploring options for a summer move away from Anfield, other sources have asserted that the Spurs target has not asked to leave Liverpool.
