With the transfer window set to slam shut soon, Tottenham are expected to stay busy right up until the final seconds – and with that in mind, we’ve highlighted ten deals that could still happen this week.
Tottenham Hotspur’s summer transfer window has been filled with loads of movement both into the club and out of the club.
So far, eight signings have been confirmed this summer, while several departures have also been sanctioned by the Lilywhites.
But there is still set to be even more movement before the summer transfer window slams shut in 48 hours, and we have now highlighted 10 Tottenham transfers that could still happen this week.
Illiman Ndiaye could join Tottenham in attacking deal
While Spurs turned their attention to bolstering their attack last week with the signings of Savio and Omar Marmoush, more movement is still expected up front.
Spurs Web revealed yesterday that Tottenham have now turned their attention to Illiman Ndiaye of Everton after they suffered a big blow in their pursuit of Cody Gakpo, who picked Manchester City over Spurs.
The Lilywhites are now understood to have reached an agreement with Everton for Ndiaye, while negotiations with the player are expected to follow before a deal can be completed.
Richarlison could return to Everton from Tottenham
Richarlison is one of three players who have asked to leave Tottenham this summer, according to head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
Reports from earlier in the transfer window also claimed that the Brazil forward is open to a transfer but would prefer to remain in England.
Everton have been in the race for Richarlison and even sent in a bid for the £40m-rated forward, one that was turned down by Spurs.
Fresh developments now claim that Ndiaye’s move to Tottenham could see Richarlison return to Everton, although both deals are separate.
Mikey Moore set for Spurs loan move to Köln
A loan move to Köln has long been tipped for Moore, who was stellar last time out with Rangers, where he won young player of the season.
However, while an agreement had been reached between Spurs and the German outfit for some time now, a move was stalled as Tottenham lacked firepower up front.
With the signing of Savio and Marmoush completed last week, Moore now looks set to complete his move to the Bundesliga.
Fabrizio Romano finally gave his here we go seal for the Moore deal, which means club confirmation is up next.
Pape Matar Sarr closing in on Juventus transfer
Also on the list of players who have asked to leave Tottenham is Pape Sarr, who has yet to feature at all for Tottenham this season.
Reports long had it that, having been left out of the Brentford squad, the Senegal international put in a transfer request.
Interest has been rife for the 23-year-old, with Monaco, Al Ahli, Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace all keen on Sarr.
However, despite that level of interest, it is Juventus who have agreed personal terms with Sarr, and now Fabrizio Romano has handed out his here we go seal for Sarr’s move to Juventus with a few hours left before the summer window slams shut.
Kevin Danso could leave Spurs for Sunderland
Danso is the final player who has also asked to leave Spurs this summer, according to Roberto De Zerbi, who said following the Newcastle defeat: “Richarlison he said too many times that he wanted to leave. Danso came to me two days ago and said he wanted to leave. Sarr the same but he also suffered a small injury but he is almost ready to train.”
With Danso looking to secure a move elsewhere, interest in the centre-back has not been short. Sunderland are his main suitors, with the Black Cats having already attempted to sign Danso on loan.
However, Tottenham rejected that offer, but reports have it that Sunderland are set to return with a Danso loan offer with the view to making the deal permanent.
It sure is one to keep an eye on, but chances are that a deal will be agreed on before the summer transfer window slams shut.
Dane Scarlett could leave Tottenham on loan
Scarlett, who Jose Mourinho once described as phenomenal, is another who could be headed out the door this summer.
Sides in League One are understood to be keeping tabs on the striker, with as many as six League One clubs said to be interested in signing Scarlett.
The 22-year-old has spent the last four seasons out on loan, and a similar move could again be on the horizon.
Kota Takai could leave Spurs on another loan
The Japan international was sent out on loan in January following his move to Tottenham last summer.
However, things did not exactly go as planned, with Takai spending most of his time in the Bundesliga sidelined with injuries.
That surely hindered his development and, given his age and potential, another loan move could be on the cards in the final hours of the transfer window.
Souza set to join FC Porto on loan from Tottenham
Souza is one player Roberto De Zerbi is clearly a fan of. The 20-year-old joined in January and has managed four appearances for Tottenham since his move from Santos in Brazil.
However, while the Spurs boss admires Souza, he is not alone, with FC Porto also big fans of the 20-year-old, and looked to sign the full-back permanently.
Tottenham, though, were willing to sanction a loan move.
Fabrizio Romano has now confirmed that both Porto and Spurs have reached a loan deal for Souza this summer, one that does not have any obligation to buy clause, which means the full-back is expected to return to north London next summer.
Callum Olusesi could secure first Tottenham loan move
Callum Olusesi has progressed through Tottenham’s academy, representing the club at U18, U19 and U21 level during his development.
The midfielder has also had a taste of senior football, making a handful of first-team appearances last season. He has now played three times for Spurs at senior level in total.
At 19, though, Olusesi has yet to experience a loan spell away from Tottenham. That could change before the window closes, with a temporary move potentially giving him the regular first-team football he needs to continue his development.
Damola Ajayi could head out on loan again
Damola Ajayi already has plenty of experience of life away from Tottenham, having spent time in both League One and League Two.
The 20-year-old enjoyed two different loan spells last season, beginning the campaign with Doncaster Rovers before moving to Bromley for the second half of the season.
Another temporary move now looks likely this summer, with Tottenham expected to look for a destination in a higher division that can provide Ajayi with another step forward in his development.
James Rowswell is attracting League One loan interest
The young centre‑back made his Tottenham debut last season, coming off the bench in the 1–1 draw against Liverpool.
After making his first senior appearance, Rowswell admitted it was a proud moment to finally represent Tottenham at first‑team level.
Playing more regularly for the senior side remains one of his ambitions, but Spurs now appear willing for him to head elsewhere to gain experience before pushing for a place in the first‑team squad.
Reports suggest several League One clubs have shown interest in Rowswell, and Tottenham have given the 20‑year‑old permission to explore his options with only a few hours remaining before the transfer window closes.
