However, that figure could still increase with the Lilywhites in the market for more additions to bolster their squad, especially in attack.
But Spurs are not only focused on new signings. The north London club have also shown a willingness to sell players this summer transfer window, having sanctioned 11 departures.

Savinho completes £85m Tottenham transfer from Man City
Savinho’s move to Tottenham Hotspur is basically a done deal at this point after Spurs and Manchester City agreed on an £85 million transfer.
The Brazilian has already completed his medicals and is set to sign a six-year deal with Tottenham, one that should keep him in N17 until 2032.
He is set to become the seventh signing of the summer, with his £85 million move taking Spurs’ transfer spend to £322 million.
Omar Marmoush could join Tottenham on loan with £50m clause
Accompanying Savinho from Man City is Marmoush in what is a double swoop of two City stars. The Egyptian only completed his move to the Etihad 18 months ago but appears to be on the move once more.
Tottenham and Man City are understood to have agreed on an initial loan deal for Marmoush, with the agreement including a £50m buy clause expected to become mandatory under certain conditions.
With an agreement reached with Man City, the next steps will be the player’s medicals and then an official announcement, all of which could happen this week.
Cody Gakpo could join Tottenham before the transfer deadline
Tottenham could still look to push for one more signing before the summer transfer window slams shut, even after completing deals for Marmoush and Savinho.
Gakpo is one player that has been linked with a move to Spurs, with head coach De Zerbi understood to be a big fan of the Liverpool man.
However, if Tottenham are to complete a move for Gakpo in the final days of the transfer window, Liverpool would first have to secure a replacement for the Dutchman.
Bradley Barcola remains the top target for the Reds, and it is explained that should the PSG man make the switch to Anfield, then Gakpo would be allowed to decide on his future.
Mikey Moore could leave Tottenham on loan this week
A few players have secured loan moves away from Tottenham this summer, with Guglielmo Vicario the latest to do so.
The Italian, however, is not going to be the last loan move this transfer window. In fact, teenage sensation Mikey Moore could be the next to be loaned out.
It is understood that Tottenham and FC Koln have since agreed on a loan deal for Moore, but that move was stalled due to a lack of winger options at Tottenham.

Roberto De Zerbi himself recently stated that Pape Matar Sarr could leave Tottenham this summer. That is not surprising given the interest the Senegalese international has been attracting.
Aston Villa, Brentford and Al-Ahli are all locked in a three-horse race for the midfielder’s signature. Spurs, on the other hand, are looking to demand a premium for Sarr, who is valued at £50m.
Villa see the Senegalese as a potential Youri Tielemans replacement, and after a humiliating 4-0 defeat against Brighton in their Premier League opener, they could make a move for Sarr in the coming days.
Fresh reports also have it that Sarr has agreed personal terms with Galatasaray, who are also in the race for the 23-year-old midfielder.
Richarlison could leave Tottenham amid Everton interest
The addition of Marmoush could force Tottenham into a sale up top, as De Zerbi looks to reshape his squad this summer.
Richarlison has already attracted interest this summer and could be sold before the transfer window slams shut. Everton remain keen on signing the Brazilian, with the Toffees even sending in a bid for £40m-rated Richarlison – an offer that was rejected by Tottenham.
Such a move, however, would also suit Richarlison, who wants to remain in England.
Dane Scarlett could leave Spurs on loan again
Tottenham could still sanction a few more loan moves this summer transfer window, and Dane Scarlett is one that could be sent out on loan.
The striker is no stranger to loan moves, having already managed four spells away from Tottenham temporarily with the likes of Oxford United, Portsmouth FC, Hibernian FC and Ipswich Town.
